Frank J. Corigliano, Ph.D. specializes in leveraging technology to address clinical & social issues and serves as telemedicine consultant & speaker.  He is President of Healthy Connections Psychological Services. Received his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from St. John’s University in 2010. Completed postdoctoral psychology resident at the Osborne Association as televisting specialist in 2012/13.  In 2014 sponsored by the Social Service Board under the leadership of Dr. Phyllis Harrison-Ross, MD (dec.), he established Supportive Televisiting Services for families with members in the New York City correctional system.  The program has helped connect inmates with their children as they await trial or serve out short sentences in the New York City correctional system.  Dr. Corgiliano is a nationally recognized thought leader, researcher in the fields of psychology, social work, telemedicine, correctional services, educational services and others, raising awareness of important social issues related to children, families, communities, and institutions.
