Marlene B. Williamson is a life-long educator and founding coordinator of the Eight Plus Program.  She has two M.S. degrees specializing in school leadership and teaching high-school students in correctional facilities. After she became a District Placement Administrator, working with families on the placement of students released from secure facilities, group homes, students in temporary housing and emancipated minors. Currently connects with parents to explain the relevance of education for themselves and their children and bringing S.T.E.M. resources to schools through Community for Change Inc. as well as serving as a board member of the SSB.
